Position Summary

As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing all production aspects of remodeling projects. You will lead a team of carpenters, apprentices, and laborers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards within budget and timeline. This role requires strong carpentry skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to manage project tasks, schedules, and resources effectively.

Competencies

  • Carpentry Work: Perform skilled carpentry tasks such as framing, trim, cabinetry installation, and millwork with precision and quality craftsmanship.

Education and Experience

  • Previous high-end remodeling experience required.
  • Remodeling certifications preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • High school diploma required.
