Skills Needed to Be Successful
- High level of sales initiative, self-motivated, and driven to generate leads.
- Design experience preferred — kitchens, baths, additions, and whole-house remodels.
- Working knowledge of Chief Architect design software preferred (or willingness to learn).
- 2020 Design experience helpful.
- Familiarity with the latest design trends and products.
- Knowledge of rough product pricing and selection for remodeling finishes.
- Ability to guide clients through the design phase to final payment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of clients.
Physical Requirements
