Position Summary

A hands-on tactical role that is responsible for meeting revenue targets by developing and implementing strategic sales plans, recruiting and mentoring sales representatives, and building/maintaining a high-performing sales culture. The ideal candidate has a proven background in Sales Management in the home services/home improvement/roofing/construction industry (or something similar) and thrives in a fast-paced environment, working closely with team members, guiding and nurturing them to success. The ideal candidate will be an operational, hands-on tactical sales leader, working with the team daily to help bring success to each team member, while meeting/exceeding company targets.

  • Develop, train, coach, mentor, and lead a team of Designer/Estimating Sales Representatives and Roofing Sales Representatives
  • Provide regular training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure team meets and exceeds sales targets
